Income Potential at Cedar Knoll Plantation

Since 1985, Cedar Knoll Plantation has evolved into one of the most intensively managed hunting properties in the southeast region and is a draw for many hunters from around the United States. Their broad-based habitat management program and unlimited supplemental feeding program are both designed to enhance all types of wildlife, especially white-tailed deer, wild boar & bobwhite quail. In addition, hunting lodge guests are the beneficiaries of the owners' vast experience acquired over their more than 30-year span as owner/operators of our hunting lodge. Guests have benefitted from the following unique experiences of our owners:

The accumulative harvest of 8,000 deer, 1,200 wild hogs, and thousands of quail since 1985 is impressive.

The property has substantial commercial hunting income potential with repeat customers dating back 31 years. They are currently producing approximately $175,000-$200,000 annually from whitetail clients and $75,000-$100,000 from hog hunting clients. Additional income can be derived from trail riding and camping on site and in the past has generated as much as $125,000 annually.
