"This is an extremely nice high quality property in the 500 acre size point. It would be very difficult to find either a better recreational/farm property or better buy within 25 minutes of Thomasville (or that matter anywhere in North Florida/South Georgia) for what Greenfield is being offered for. It is immediately obvious that the property is well capitalized and well taken care of by landowners who know what they are doing. It fits very well with our client base. The lodge is very impressive, located on a knoll with long open views, (there is a lot of topography here). As connoisseurs of fine longleaf pine and Georgia Vernacular architecture we are enamored with the lodge and a little envious to be candid. It is very fitting for this property and a place we could get excited about visiting. If it needed to be done or a family member wanted it done it has been done on this property. What repeatedly impresses me is the consistent large whitetails over 130+ B&C that are harvested (mostly with a bow) and the quality of hunting experience the property offers. The property is also unique in that the annual operating costs are surprisingly minimal compared to how the land is managed and looks. The manager is a very strong asset to the program and would like to stay. More and more landowners today demand some sort of income. Greenfield is also ideal for our "Social Storm ™" category. This property is exactly where anyone would want to go for family safety. The neighborhood is idyllic and more reminiscent of 1950's America than 2014 America."
