"This is an extremely nice high quality property in the 500 acre size point. It would be very difficult to find either a better recreational/farm property or better buy within 25 minutes of Thomasville (or that matter anywhere in North Florida/South Georgia) for what Greenfield is being offered for. It is immediately obvious that the property is well capitalized and well taken care of by landowners who know what they are doing. It fits very well with our client base. The lodge is very impressive, located on a knoll with long open views, (there is a lot of topography here). As connoisseurs of fine longleaf pine and Georgia Vernacular architecture we are enamored with the lodge and a little envious to be candid.
