Jon is a member of both the Florida and Montana Bar and has a Bachelors Degree in both Real Estate and Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management from Florida State University and a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. His entire professional career has been representing landowners and buyers of plantations and high quality real estate. He founded Jon Kohler & Associates in 1991. He has been a part of almost all modern plantation sales in SW Georgia and North Florida and has sold the highest selling plantation in SW Georgia history (twice). In the last five years alone his real estate firm has sold over $215,000,000 including $88,200,000 in the extreme buyers markets of 2007 and 2008. He is one of the leading experts in conservation easement sales and development and has testified on real estate value to two Governors and the Florida State Legislature. His office is located on a 975 acre Conservation Community in Tallahassee. He owns the Lick Skillet Plantation outside Tallahassee which he has placed under a conservation easement with Tall Timbers.

Erica earned a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate from the School of Business at Florida State University. She has worked for URS Consultants, one of the largest engineering design firms worldwide. She was recruited by Jon Kohler & Associates to lead the Centerville Conservation Community sales program as Director of Sales where it quickly rose to be recognized as one of the top conservation communities in the country. She is an expert in sales during a buyers market. In 2007, Erica was recognized by the Tallahassee Board of Realtors® as a Platinum Award winner, the second highest honor of the 2,000+/- member organization. In the extreme buyers market of 2007, she ranked in the top 1% of sales in the entire MLS and in the top 5% in 2008.

Erica is now the Vice President of Jon Kohler & Associates, LLC. Her responsibilities include managing one of the company's signature initiatives which includes one of the highest privately operated network of cooperating real estate brokers. She also handles the proprietary list of all plantation sales in the Tallahassee Thomasville region and most major southeastern sales since 2004.

Erica earned both a Bachelors Degree from James Madison University in Virginia and a Masters Degree from Florida State University. Her entire professional career has been specialized in real estate marketing. She was one of the early members of Arvida's Capital Region marketing team representing St. Joe (NYSE:JOE), Florida's largest landowner, in its SouthWood and SummerCamp projects. She was then recruited to head the marketing program of Centerville, one of the first conservation communities in North Florida. This 975 acre property is now one of the most successful developments in North Florida and in 2008 controlled 53% of the upscale lot market. As the operating partner of Plantation Marketing Group, LLC she provides marketing services for several prominent real estate brokers including a sales agent that she has helped place in the top 1% of Tallahassee Realtors ® for 2007 and top 5% for 2008. Plantation Marketing Group, LLC oversees all marketing for Jon Kohler & Associates and has been instrumental in the success of the firm. She lives on her farm outside of Monticello, Florida with her husband, Harper.

Keith Parker - Keith currently directly manages over 2,000 acres of North Florida plantations with over 40% of that under conservation easements. He is an expert in timber, wildlife and habitat enhancements as well as construction. He successfully blends the art with the science of land management for cost effective returns while continually enhancing the beauty and value of the property.
