Quack Hollow is located in South Carolina’s duck hunting capital of Summerton, South Carolina. This property is pure recreation and features over 85 acres of manicured grounds, and excellent wildlife. There are two established duck impoundments, a large dove field, stocked fishing pond, mature hardwood drain, whitetail habitat, newly constructed hunting lodge and two barns.

Quack Hollow a prime stopping point for waterfowl along the Atlantic flyway. The property lies parallel to lake Marion and the Santee River, which attracts migrating ducks of many species including mallards, wood ducks, teal, the occasional pintail and others. The perimeter of the property is low fenced with hog wire to keep out any unwanted hogs or predators protecting your investment in your duck impoundments and dove fields.

Emerging Longleaf pine surrounds the freshly updated main lodge. The lodge is well appointed and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, living area and indoor swimming pool.

Two newly constructed barns provide ample storage for all of your essential equipment. The main barn has a 60x30 footprint with 2 bays and a large sliding door on the western end. Inside features a full kitchen and dining area, full bathroom and guest room that could serve as a manager’s lodge or overflow for guests. The second barn features outdoor covered storage for implements and equipment as well as secure indoor storage.

All structures are protected by a high tech video security system to ensure your valuables stay safe while not in use.
