Cole Schwab is a native to the Red Hills Region and was raised in Taylor County, Florida. His family has dedicated the past 60 years to providing landowners in North Florida and South Georgia with professional land management services focused on improving and protecting one’s forestland and wildlife investment. His grandfather and dad have actively dedicated their business, M.A. Rigoni, Inc., in leading the way in quail habitat improvements. Their company was one of the first to introduce whole tree chipping to the Red Hills Region. This has been one of the biggest economic benefits and conservation benefits a landowner can implement on their property. They paved the way in which we manage quail today. Their business has been an intricate role in quail conservation improvements in the past 30 years.

Cole grew with a passion for the outdoors. He is committed to conservation. As a fourth generation timber expert, his earliest memories were spent with his father in the woods teaching him the value of hard work. Cole grew up with a hands on approach to learning land management and conservation. He has spent the last 15 years learning every angle of land management and the forest industry. Cole is a member of the Florida Forestry Association. He uses this platform as an advocate for landowners and their land investments. “I have a passion for the outdoors. My goal is to show people how big our God is through professional land management practices. I want to match the right landowner with the right property that will benefit the legacy of the property for generations to come.” said Cole.

Cole recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, with a major in Food and Resource Economics, in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. His college and school are both a top ten program in the country. There, he polished his skills as being an advocate for land. While in college, he interned with Tall Timbers Research Station. They dedicate themselves to good land stewardship through research and conservation. While there, Cole had a hands on approach to prescribed fire and studied the benefits it has on the quail habitat, as well as other management practices that polished his passion for being a steward of the land.

“I am honored to represent Kohler and Associates. This has been a dream of mine since I was a boy. I look forward to creating lasting relationships while implementing my family verse of ‘Whatever is true, honorable, and right.’” said Cole.

Cole’s background and history of working with high quality land will equip him to represent the finest land in Florida.
