Raegan Sherman
Raegan's heart has been entwined with the iconic landscape of the Red Hills since she was a little girl. Fueled by an ardent dedication to wildlife conservation, Raegan was raised on River Ridge Plantation, just North of Tallahassee, FL. Her father, as manager, not only taught her ethics and integrity, but land management skills including prescribed burning, fisheries and deer herd management, and feral hog eradication.
In her moments of leisure, Raegan passionately embraces the art of hunting. Whether she's bagging a bull elk in the rugged terrain of Colorado, observing the graceful descent of mallards in the Kansas skies, or embarking on the pursuit of whitetail bucks in the heart of Mexico, Raegan's love for the outdoors has no bounds. Her experience in the realm of turkey hunting has earned her recognition at the Annual Tall Timbers Florida Georgia Turkey Invitational, where she has emerged victorious on multiple occasions.
When hunting season wanes, you'll find Raegan at Alligator Point or St. Teresa Beach, where she indulges in the warm embrace of the sun and the thrill of reeling in the day's catch. Beyond her adventurous outdoor pursuits, Raegan treasures moments spent with cherished family and friends, especially her loyal companions, two black labs known as Maverick and Goose.
As Marketing Assistant, Raegan uses her passion for and knowledge of the outdoor sporting life to help Jon Kohler & Associates meet its goals of finding good land stewards, conserving recreational land and continuing our lifestyle. Raegan heads up research and discovery needed for special projects and keeps our all-important Plantation Maps up to date.
Currently pursuing her studies at Florida State University, Raegan is on a mission to merge her passion for the great outdoors with her academic pursuits. Her focus in Real Estate and Business Management reflects her aspiration to cultivate a career where the boundaries between the workplace and the natural world seamlessly enlace.
