Peggy Summerville
Peggy Summerville was born and raised in Louisiana and has lived in places from the Carolinas to Colorado, but her love is the land here in Baldwin County. She and her husband live in Bon Secour and Lillian.
After working and owning businesses in several parts of the country, Peggy came to South Baldwin in 2006 with the loving intent to help her parents age in place in their home on Perdido Bay. Having been a hard worker all her life, Peggy sought a new career that would allow her the flexibility she needed to work full time and also devote her attention to her parents.
The real estate industry provided the flexibility she wanted, and she became licensed with a real estate firm in Lillian in 2007. After a few years she decided that she wanted to specialize in the marketing and sale of land rather than residential property. For more than 15 years, she has built relationships with landowners in the Elberta and Lillian communities.
One of Peggy’s favorite activities is being outdoors exploring the land, and dealing with the special breed of people who own and love the land. She understands and successfully navigates the many processes involved in buying and selling land and the agencies that impact and regulate it. Her attention to detail and to the best interests of her clients has made her one of the most respected and trusted real estate agents in the area.
